I have a torn ankle ligament and have to be a crip for the next 6-8 weeks. That was not my plan. In fact, Monday I got a physical so I could start a new fitness program. Tues. I fell over the baby, landed on my elbow and shoulder. Got an Xray Weds. Nothing broken. Thurs. I was taking the dog for a walk, stepped off the sidewalk into a hole that was hidden by grass and weeds and turned my ankle! Ohhhh the pain. |
