Spring flowers because of March showers

March is usually a dry season here in Florida, but we just got a bonus of rain and it couldn't have come at a better time. In addition to dousing several big forest fires that were causing havoc on the interstate with all the smoke, we are green again.

It was an ideal time for grandfather and grandson to bond over the flower beds and they did a bang up job of it. Said grandson worked all Saturday and Sunday earning him a crisp ten dollar bill and an invitation to bowl with granddad at Sunday practice.

Bonus... lots of pretty flowers around the porches and pool and some grimy, but happy guys to feed.
