I have been slowly improving my life by making some healthy choices. This idea came from the other side of planet Earth where I have a dear friend in Australia.
Instead of my usual scrambled eggs and toast, she urged me to try this cool approach. Since it was a steamy hot day (when isn't it in Florida?) the idea appealed to me.
Mix about 1/2 cup of raw old fashioned oats into a cup of vanilla yogurt, add 1/2 cup of walnut pieces, stir and top with fresh blueberries. What could be easier!
I have been hooked on this breakfast for almost a year now and have taken off a few pounds that I'm sure are victim to this diet secret.
